Everything created under the Firebird’s Sanctuary name represents deep energetic investment, original thought, and dedicated time. This page serves as a strict, comprehensive warning to any individual, automated system, or business entity seeking to scrape, replicate, or steal my material.

1. Scope of Protected Material
Intellectual property rights apply automatically the moment a piece of work is created. My legal ownership extends to all original content across my entire digital footprint, explicitly including:

  • Website Elements: All written articles, blog entries, service descriptions, proprietary course materials, rituals, layouts, images, and brand assets on this domain (firebirdssanctuary.com).

  • Audio Assets: All sonic healings, channeled audio files, guided meditations, and vocal recordings, whether hosted on this site or external platforms.

  • Social Media Video Content: All video recordings, audio tracks, scripts, spoken words, overlays, and original concepts published on TikTok, Bluesky, Tumblr, YouTube (including Shorts), Facebook & Instagram Images (including Reels and Posts).

2. What Constitutes Infringement?
Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Plagiarism & Scraping: Copying and pasting text or ripping audio/video files to pass off as your own or use on your own platform.

  • Social Cross-Posting: Downloading my videos from TikTok, YouTube, FB, or Instagram and re-uploading them to your own accounts without explicit co-author tags or written permission.

  • Substantial Rephrasing: Taking my exact structures, proprietary educational course concepts, or video scripts, tweaking a few words, and pretending the logic is yours.

3. Enforcement Actions
If you choose to bypass my digital protections, steal my work, or lift my social media media recordings, I will take immediate action without further warning:

  1. Platform Removal: I will file immediate DMCA takedown notices and copyright infringement strikes directly with TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and your website’s hosting provider.

  2. Search Engine Blacklisting: Infringing URLs will be reported directly to Google and Bing to have the plagiarised content scrubbed from search indexes.

  3. Energetic & Legal Boundaries: As a justice worker, I maintain absolute physical, legal, and spiritual authority over what I create. My boundaries are non-negotiable. (There are effects to your causes and the causes of any employer or anyone willingly energetically stepping in-front of you as a shield, regardless of VPN. I hope I am making myself clear. Respect avoids a lot of unnecessary spiritual conflict.)
